We look at the basics that stop most problems: software updates, strong separate passwords, two-step sign-in on email and banking, and who has access to what.
Hardware Review
We check the age and condition of your laptops, PCs and any other computers, plus your router and Wi-Fi equipment, backup drives and other devices. We tell you what has years left, what should be replaced soon and what can wait.
Software Review
We list the software and apps you use, including your CRM, accounting, email and booking tools. We check they are licensed and up to date, that they suit how you work, and flag anything you pay for but do not use.
Kit & Subscriptions Audit
We list your equipment and monthly subscriptions in one place, so you can see what you own and what you are paying for, and spot duplicates and waste.
AI Opportunity Review
We look for jobs in your business that AI could realistically speed up, such as enquiries, quotes and paperwork. We are honest where it is not worth it.
Connectivity Review
We check your internet and broadband service: the speed you pay for versus what you actually get, how reliable it is, and whether your provider and package still suit the business. You get plain advice on whether a fix, a better package or a different provider is worth it.
