About Herefordshire Digital
Based in Herefordshire, working across the county and nearby.
A local business helping other local businesses with the technology they run on — anywhere in Herefordshire, in plain English, without the jargon or the big-company price tag.
Who you are dealing with
Your trusted digital partner
Herefordshire Digital is an independent business run from Herefordshire. Ring us and you explain the problem once, to somebody who knows the work.
There are thirty years of getting things delivered behind that, but it is not really what you are buying. What you are buying is somebody who will look at what you have already got, tell you plainly whether it needs changing, and say so when it does not.
Those thirty years split roughly twenty in the private sector and ten in the public, starting at the bottom and ending up at board level. The later part meant running programmes as a Regional Programme Director in the NHS — PRINCE2, MSP and Agile certified, over £100 million of work delivered, and £6 million saved on one project alone.
None of which makes a broken laptop get fixed any faster. It is why, when somebody tells you a system has to be replaced, we can tell you whether they are right.
Most of our work is for small businesses and tradespeople — the sort of place where the computer in the office is also the accounts department, and a failed drive on a Friday is a genuinely bad week. We look after businesses right across Herefordshire, working on site where that is what the job needs and remotely where it is not — whichever gets you sorted soonest.

How we work
You speak to someone who knows the job
Not a call centre, and nobody reading from a script.
You get told when you do not need us
If the honest answer is that your kit is fine, or the job is smaller than you feared, that is the answer you get.
You know the price before anything starts
Work is quoted up front once we understand what you need, so the invoice holds no surprises.
You hear back within one working day
Sooner if it is business-critical — say so when you get in touch and it goes to the front of the queue.
The legal bit
Who you are contracting with
Herefordshire Digital is a trading name of Vexis Systems Limited, registered in England and Wales, company number 17062581. So there is a proper company behind the work, and an invoice with a real address on it.
